1 | All notes that have been captured in Injury Master can be exported into a single document. This is useful in situations when all filenotes pertaining to a certain claim are requested, such as in legal processes. | ||

3 | To export all notes relating to a specific claim, select the **Blue** drop-down arrow from the **Notes / Actions** area, and select “View Notes Export Report.” | ||

7 | You will be redirected to the **Notes Export Report** page. From here you can specify which **Note Types** you want included in your export. This includes both system Note Types and any custom Note Types created for your account. Selecting no Note Types will include ALL Notes / Actions in the report. | ||

9 | You can also select from a number of document formats for your report. Once happy with your selection, select **Run Report** to create the export. | ||
