Suitable Duties

The Suitable Duties area stores the templates used complete the Duties to be undertaken field in the suitable duties plan documents (under Generate Documents)

Suitable Duties templates can be viewed, edited, removed and new templates can be added in the Suitable Duties area.



A summary of the templates including the name and content of the template.

Select the More button on the right-hand side to view ALL the information contained in the template.



Edit Suitable Duties templates already in the system by selecting the Edit button on the right-hand side.


A pop-up will appear allowing you to edit the name and description of the template. Make the amendments and select save changes.



To remove the suitable duties template form the Injury Master system select the delete button on the right-hand side of the template.



Search all locations by entering all or part of the suitable dut into the search box on the right-hand side. Only suitable duties matching the search criteria will show.


Add Suitable Duties

Add a new suitable duty template by clicking on Add Suitable Duties.
A pop up will appear, as shown below, complete the name and description of what the suitable duty entails and then add to the system.


Company Level

Suitable duties templates can be company specific. To do this select the arrow next to Add Suitable Duties and select the drop-down option: Enable Company Specific Duties.  


A pop up will appear each company has a drop down menu where you can select from three options:

  • Allow users to assign Duties to companies - this will enable company specific duties to be added by users

  • Allow users to assign Duties to master companies only - this will enable users to add duties to master companies

  • Duties should be available to all companies


You can change the Company Mode and select save changes.
