Email alerts can be customised by account administrators so that each individual alert will send a unique email by default for all users.

To edit the default email templates, go to SETTINGS --> Accounts --> Alerts area and select the Edit Email option next to the alert you wish to customise.

The Edit Email Template window will appear, allowing you to customise the content of the email. When you have finished making your changes, select Save Changes to apply new template.

Email alerts for Actions and Tasks will have 2 email template options to customise, according to the user’s ability to complete the Action / Task.
