Adding Notes

To add a new note to an Incident / Claim in Injury Master, go to the Notes / Actions tab, and select the blue Add Note/Action button in the top right of the page.

This is the simplest way to add notes to IM. The following Add Note / Action window will open.

Select the Note Type from the list available, then type the note Content in the box available. The date and time will default to the present moment but can be changed if required. Then add any desired tags, related notes or documents, and select Add to save the note.

Some Note Types also offer Note Templates to use instead of typing the Content.

There are 2 other methods for adding notes to the system. By selecting the blue drop-down arrow you will see the following options:

  • Upload via Email
  • Import Notes / Actions
