Claim Status History Table

When the 'Claim Status' or 'Liability Status' is changed, the date will be automatically captured in a history table (this is hidden by default, but it can be opened with the 'History' link - see below).

The historic dates can be edited if the required 'date closed' or 'date opened' is different to the date that the system change was made.  

The 'Claim Status' or 'Liability Status' history table can be found under the 'Edit' tab of a claim. 

If both fields in the history table (status and date) are set to 'blank' the entire row will be deleted from the history. 

Any changes made will be captured in the activity log as usual.
