Email Upload Confirmation

Every time you upload an attachment or filenote to Injury Master via email, IM sends a confirmation email to alert of successful upload.


Account administrators can customise who receives the confirmation email from the Behaviour tab of the SETTINGS --> Account area.


Under the heading UPLOAD VIA EMAIL, select the drop-down list next to Confirmation Email. This provides the following 5 options:

  • Send to the sender, and the email address owner
  • Send to the email address owner
  • Send to the sender
  • Send to the email address owner, if they were the sender
  • Do not send confirmation

Where "sender" is anyone sending an email to the upload via email address and "email address owner" is the IM user who originally copied the upload via email address.

Please note that turning confirmation emails on for "sender" will send an email with an inaccessible link to any "sender" who is not an IM user.


Once you are happy with your changes, select Save Changes to apply your new settings.
