All notes that have been captured in Injury Master can be exported into a single document. This is useful in situations when all filenotes pertaining to a certain claim are requested, such as in legal processes. 

To export all notes relating to a specific claim, select the Blue drop-down arrow from the Notes / Actions area, and select “View Notes Export Report.”

You will be redirected to the Notes Export Report page. From here you can specify which Note Types you want included in your export. This includes both system Note Types and any custom Note Types created for your account. Selecting no Note Types will include ALL Notes / Actions in the report.

You can also select from a number of document formats for your report. Once happy with your selection, select Run Report to create the export.

The Notes Export Report includes the list of Notes / Actions with the following information:

• Worker Name
• Created By User
• Created date
• Note Type
• Note content
