1 When the 'Claim Status' or 'Liability Status' is changed, the date will be automatically captured in a history table (this is hidden by default, but it can be opened with the 'History' link - see below).

3 The historic dates can be edited if the required 'date closed' or 'date opened' is different to the date that the system change was made.

5 The 'Claim Status' or 'Liability Status' history table can be found under the 'Edit' tab of a claim.

7 If both fields in the history table (status and date) are set to 'blank' the entire row will be deleted from the history.

9 Any changes made will be captured in the activity log as usual.
