1 Injury Master has the ability to generate relevant incident and claims management documents such as Return to Work Plans and GP introduction letters.
2 These forms and letters once generated can be emailed directly from the system.

6 1. Select the Generate Document tab, a drop down list will appear. There are a selection of documents. Select the document you wish to generate.

16 The document will contain the relevant fields, some of which will be pre-filled from the information already in Injury Master others will require completion.

18 Some fields will have a //widget// button enabling you add addresses or contact details already in the system.

24 Complete all boxes required and check the pre-filled boxes, edit if required.

26 3. Once complete select one of the following options:

28 * Complete - the document will be generated. You can view or edit if required.
29 * Save Changes - the document will show in the system as incomplete (until the document is completed).
30 * Modify Results** **- //for letters only//. This enables you to to edit the template.
